People can walk through a courtyard setting with a book store on the south east side, a coffee shop and florist on the west side straight into the market place. The buildings will be made of reused building materials that are acquired locally; metal, recycled glass, low-e windows are used for energy efficiency and ply boo for finishes. People that live in the area may walk to a much needed market place to shop and enjoy a green courtyard with many water features. An eco friendly atmosphere will allow people to feel safe and to be influenced in becoming more environmentally conscious.
